I’m a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience delivering tax resolution, financial auditing, business compliance, and strategic advisory services to clients ranging from Fortune 50 corporations and Big Four firms to start-ups and family-owned businesses. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve built a career that spans Fortune 50 corporations, Big Four accounting firms, and a wide range of small businesses and non-profits. I’ve represented clients in high-stakes IRS tax resolution cases, overseen financial audits for multinational companies, and guided entrepreneurs through the complexities of compliance and strategic growth.
My background includes leadership roles in international tax compliance, directing multi-location financial reporting, uncovering financial fraud, and serving as a tax signatory for Big Four clients. This combination of large-scale corporate experience and hands-on small business work gives me the ability to quickly assess challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver solutions that are both practical and effective.
Mobility Rules
I am a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Massachusetts.
Under national CPA mobility rules, I am permitted to represent clients in audits and administrative proceedings before the IRS and state Departments of Revenue across the United States.
My practice is designed to work primarily on a remote basis, traveling to client locations only for key meetings, hearings, or other events where in-person representation adds value.
Because my focus is on efficient, personalized representation rather than maintaining a large national office, my fees — even including necessary travel — are often significantly lower than those charged by the large firms I previously worked with.
Please note: I do not hold CPA licenses in states outside Massachusetts, and I do not provide attest services requiring a local state license. My services are limited to tax resolution, advisory, and representation matters.
